Used them with my niece to visit an amusement park. She is just short of riding everything. She wore them the whole day and did not complain about her feet once. They can be made smaller by cutting along the provided lines.

Purchased this for a friend with a disability. Due to a birth abnormality shoes that were flat were impossible to wear. He got these in and was able to wear shoes that he never could before. It not only lifted his heel but also helps with the small difference in his leg length making it easier for him to walk without bad back pain. Definitely a great product
