Pretty amazing stuff here. Used on my roof that had a really bad leak and was leaking inside my kitchen area. Got on my ladder and layered this stuff on and "BAM" no more leak. I've seen some negative reviews but I've never had a problem with Anti-Leaking Sealant Spray. You need to apply it on thick and in several layers works great for me every time.

I have to say I was a bit leery about the claims of this stuff. The whole boat out of a screen door is just way over the top. However, I will say, this stuff is pretty good. The trick is to understand what this stuff is, how it is supposed to be used, and most of all, have a realistic expectation. Don't expect miracles. Plumbing leaks under pressure are not going to be fixed by this stuff. However, slight gutter leaks, roof shingle small nail penetration leaks, or even vehicle undercoating...all great for this stuff.

Sealed my leak on the roof where my gas hot water heater exhaust came through. While I was up there I sealed my other exhaust vents.

I used this to create a welcome mat for our front door. I cut a stencil out of vinyl then sprayed it with this. It worked perfectly and is still in great condition several months later.
